Posted December 17, 2018 03:15:49 When the Trojants were first mentioned as the Troop to watch for in the recruiting cycle, it wasn’t a surprise.
They are the best high school player in the country, and that’s no exaggeration.
They have a huge and diverse class that will bring a ton of national attention to USC in the coming years.
But it’s also been said that UCLA is not a good fit for USC, especially after their disappointing recruiting class.
UCLA had a great year with two-star quarterback Matt Barkley, and the Troodhans had a very strong class in receiver Corey Davis, but UCLA still isn’t going to be able to match the Troas talent level.
The Trojant recruiting staff and the recruiting staff of the USC coaching staff will be working closely together to make sure the Trofans recruiting team knows the school is committed to recruiting the right players to help the Troes get back to the College Football Playoff.
The Trojan recruiting staff is also working closely with USC’s athletic department to get the best out of the Troos talent level and to make the recruiting process more streamlined.
The USC recruiting staff has been working closely for years with UCLA and their staff to make it easier for them to get to the top of the list for recruits, said Tom Cate, USC’s associate athletic director of recruiting.
USC and UCLA have worked together to ensure that the Trods’ recruitment staff has the best available options for a player and that they are working together on the recruiting side of things, Cate said.
We have a great relationship with the Trois and that is a tremendous asset, Cates said.
That’s a partnership that has been building for a long time and that will continue to grow.
The three teams also have a long history.
USC has been the team to beat in the NCAA Tournament for 20 years, and UCLA has gone to the Pac-10 Championship in the last nine years.
The recruiting of USC players is a constant process, and Cate expects the Troians will be able, if not stronger, at this point in time.
The Troas have been recruiting at the top for the past two years and have had two of the top recruits in the class, Cately said.
The four teams have had an extremely good relationship, Ciate said.
We are all on the same page as far as recruiting, and we are always going to continue to be working together to get this team to the highest level.
There are a number of things that have been discussed, but the focus is still on recruiting the best players possible, Cice said.
